What you will do

• Manage and lead a software engineering team to build messaging products efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm, Sweden.
• 4+ years experience as Engineering Manager or technical leader.
• 10+ years experience in Android development with strong knowledge of Android SDK, Kotlin, Coroutines, Dependency Injection, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of Android performance optimization.
