What you will do

• Participate in finance process and technology transformation projects, focusing on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) areas.
• Support design of target operating models, process assessments, and automation potential evaluations including Gen AI and RPA implementations.
• Prepare project deliverables such as process documentation, business requirements, and technical designs.
• Conduct data gathering, analysis, and client presentations under project manager supervision.
• Facilitate meetings and apply consulting techniques including problem solving and design thinking.
• Stay updated on technological developments and suggest improvements within P2P expertise.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland or able to work hybrid from specified cities.
• English: Fluent spoken and written English required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay finance processes including Accounts Payable, Master Data, Payments, and T&E.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP S4H, SAP ECC, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of process documentation, continuous improvement methodologies, and automation technologies including Gen AI and RPA.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with client interaction readiness.

Nice to have

• Experience in transition projects and client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools like Visio, Business Optix, or Signavio and BPMN notation.
• Experience conducting workshops and meetings with multiple participants.
