What you will do

• Design engaging user experiences across mobile, web, and desktop platforms addressing business and user needs.
• Produce wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and design assets collaborating with engineers for implementation.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative research, market trends, and usability studies to inform design decisions.
• Align design strategies with business goals, KPIs, and metrics to drive measurable outcomes.
• Apply deep knowledge of e-commerce trends and consumer behavior to enhance user experience.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align design goals throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Barcelona, Spain
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in product design for web, mobile, or software applications.
• Experience designing for complex e-commerce platforms across multiple platforms.
• Proven ability in data-driven decision-making to improve user experience aligned with business goals.
• Fluent English with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Portfolio showcasing product design skills including e-commerce cases.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in interaction design, typography, and layout.
• Experience in the travel industry or related sectors.
