What you will do

• Manage complex, strategic global customer projects to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate resources across multiple functions and regions to align operational execution.
• Lead onboarding, product transitions, serviceability, and key deliverables for global customers.
• Establish new processes in collaboration with subject matter experts where none exist.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Location: Argentina or United States
• English: Excellent communication skills at operational and executive levels (C2)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of complex project management experience, preferably in Fortune 500 companies.
• PMP certification and knowledge of formal project management methodologies.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
