We’re looking for an Android Tech Lead (Architect) to join our Mobile department and take full ownership of the architecture and technical direction of our main mobile product Ventor Pro.

Needed:

Expert knowledge of Android development (Kotlin + Java).
3+ years of team leadership: mentoring, reviewing, developing engineers.
Deep understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and modern presentation-layer patterns.
Strong experience with modular architecture (multi-module projects).
Proficiency with Coroutines, Dagger/Hilt, Jetpack components (WorkManager, Navigation, ViewModel).
Experience with multithreading, performance optimization, and large-scale code refactoring.
Competence in automation (unit testing, UI testing).
Experience building or redesigning an Android application from the ground up.
Fluency in Russian and English.

Optionally, but advantageous:

Experience with ERP systems or enterprise applications.
Experience passing security audits or stabilizing legacy codebases.
Familiarity with analytics tools and mobile performance monitoring.
