Location: We encourage working in the office (Vilnius / Kaunas), with the possibility of up to two remote days per week. However, with our Work From Anywhere policy, you can work from almost anywhere in the world.

Salary: €5,000–€7,000 gross per month for the Lithuanian market.

• Develop an Android application from scratch using Kotlin, Compose, Coroutines, and Hilt.
• Collaborate on software projects, including design and backend aspects.
• Research, develop, and take initiative in project decisions.
• Stay up to date with cutting-edge tools to ensure excellent code quality.
• Provide new ideas and technologies to enhance the application and UX.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing Android apps.
• Strong understanding of Android lifecycle management.
• Experience working with remote data (Rest API & JSON).
• Familiarity with system monitoring, performance optimization, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Proactive and creative mindset with proven problem-solving skills.
