What you will do
- Map and engage technical talent markets globally across product engineering, ML/AI, infrastructure, and research.
- Run multiple complex searches simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Develop creative, non-obvious sourcing strategies to uncover exceptional engineers.
- Partner closely with Technical Recruiters and hiring leaders to refine requirements and improve quality of hire.
- Serve as an early ambassador shaping candidates’ first impressions and outreach tone.
Requirements
- Proven ability to source top 1% engineering and technical talent globally, ideally with 2+ years experience.
- Comfortable managing high-volume, high-complexity technical searches with focus and inventiveness.
- Skilled in research-driven sourcing including market mapping and signal-based profiling.
- Thrives in fast-paced, remote-first environments across global time zones.
- Excellent written communication tailored to technical audiences.
- Motivated by creativity, curiosity, and deep interest in engineering and AI.
