What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for AI, engineering, and product roles.
• Build and maintain partnerships with hiring managers, providing market insights.
• Develop data-driven sourcing strategies to reach diverse talent communities.
• Assess candidate skills through structured practices and ensure equitable evaluation.
• Manage pipelines proactively by tracking progress, escalating risks, and providing visibility.
• Coach peers and support cross-functional recruiting initiatives to enhance team processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for engineering, AI/ML, or product roles.
• Ability to build inclusive, thoughtfully structured hiring processes.
• Skilled relationship builder who can influence and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to use market data, trends, and pipeline analytics to guide strategy.
• Written and spoken English and Portuguese required.
