What you will do
- Attract new talent into WeloData’s AI Talent Community.
- Implement efficient qualification and vetting steps for recruitment campaigns.
- Research and improve recruitment channels and market-specific strategies.
- Analyze pipeline behaviors and implement strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Support candidates throughout their application and qualification process.
- Contribute to social media strategy and employer branding at the recruitment level.
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in sourcing & talent acquisition.
- 3 years' experience in language services industry markets and/or AI Data providers.
- Crowdsourcing expertise and Social Media/SEO expertise are required.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a college or university in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong computer literacy, MS Office, e-mail, internet.
Nice to have
- Advanced knowledge in Marketing, PR, Recruitment, or Account management.
