What you will do

• Attract new talent into WeloData’s AI Talent Community.
• Implement efficient qualification and vetting steps for recruitment campaigns.
• Research and improve recruitment channels and market-specific strategies.
• Analyze pipeline behaviors and implement strategies to increase conversion rates.
• Support candidates throughout their application and qualification process.
• Contribute to social media strategy and employer branding at the recruitment level.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in sourcing & talent acquisition.
• 3 years' experience in language services industry markets and/or AI Data providers.
• Crowdsourcing expertise and Social Media/SEO expertise are required.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a college or university in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong computer literacy, MS Office, e-mail, internet.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge in Marketing, PR, Recruitment, or Account management.
