What you will do
- Uncover and engage passive technical talent using multi-channel sourcing approaches and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Partner with Talent Partners and hiring leaders to develop strategic sourcing plans for specialized technical roles.
- Map talent markets and identify hidden talent pools.
- Manage multiple talent pipelines and priorities effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Analyze sourcing metrics and continuously improve strategies.
Requirements
- Must have extensive experience in technical sourcing within a fast-paced, product-led tech environment.
- Strong familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Welcome to the Jungle.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage specialized talent.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and report on sourcing outcomes.
- Proactive collaborator with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
