What you will do

• Uncover and engage passive technical talent using multi-channel sourcing approaches and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Partner with Talent Partners and hiring leaders to develop strategic sourcing plans for specialized technical roles.
• Map talent markets and identify hidden talent pools.
• Manage multiple talent pipelines and priorities effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Analyze sourcing metrics and continuously improve strategies.

Requirements

• Must have extensive experience in technical sourcing within a fast-paced, product-led tech environment.
• Strong familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Welcome to the Jungle.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage specialized talent.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and report on sourcing outcomes.
• Proactive collaborator with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
