What you will do

• Drive large cross-functional teams to deliver innovative customer solutions for revenue growth.
• Lead product management team to shape product direction and translate market needs into technical requirements.
• Serve as executive technical advisor for key customers and channel partners.
• Manage complex relationships with technology partners to influence direction and deliverables.
• Champion technology enablement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with R&D, engineering, supply chain, and sales for go-to-market execution and solution readiness.
• Build and mentor a high-performing enablement organization with best practices and governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science preferred.
• 15+ years’ experience in IT product or semiconductor industry in roles such as development management, architecture, product/program/project management, or business development.
• Experience in GPU based accelerated computing is highly desired.
• Strong business and customer engagement experience.
• Excellent customer/partner relationship management, negotiation, and influence skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives.
