Salary: €72,000–€108,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide a Gold Standard Experience to key stakeholders of assigned accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver operational solutions on fraud, disputes, declines, product adoption, and global expansion.
• Lead user-facing meetings both in person and via video chat.
• Create user-facing content for long-term solutions and contribute to support offering design.
• Work closely with Customer Success and other teams to support users.

Requirements

• Location: Dublin, Ireland
• Minimum 3 years enterprise-level client-facing experience.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with APIs and ability to explain API concepts.
• Comfortable with SQL and technical troubleshooting.
• Professional and collaborative client relationship management skills.

• Operations mindset to identify and eliminate process friction.
• Experience in small to medium scale project management.
• Experience with Postman, xCode, Python, Webhooks, ETL.
• Experience in the payments industry.
