What you will do

• Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets to identify patterns and trends
• Design, develop, and validate predictive models using supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques
• Translate data into clear insights and prepare reports and visualizations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement data-driven solutions
• Apply best practices in software development to ensure reproducibility and scalability of models

Requirements

• Residing in Poland is required
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in data science or advanced analytics
• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, physics, computer science, or bioinformatics
• Proficiency in Python and/or R with strong knowledge of machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyMC3
• Solid background in statistics and time-series analysis including Bayesian methods, ARIMA, MCMC
• Fluent Polish and good English (B2/C1) required for technical communication

Nice to have

• Experience with Spark
