- Utilize Zendesk for ticket management and support interactions.
- Collaborate with various internal and external teams to resolve customer issues.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours incidents.
Requirements
- 3+ years in technical product support or equivalent education.
- Strong technical proficiency with software platforms and APIs.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of tickets and incidents.
- Customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills.
