What you will do

  • Provide product support and troubleshoot issues related to portal usage, API, and reporting.
  • Manage the support queue and handle escalations effectively.
  • Utilize Zendesk for ticket management and support interactions.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours incidents.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical product support or equivalent education.
  • Strong technical proficiency with software platforms and APIs.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of tickets and incidents.
  • Customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills.
