What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, managing the entire partner lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
  • Monitor product adoption and deliver training as needed.
  • Collaborate with Product, R&D, Customer Support, and Management teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technology-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel to Africa (1-2 times per year).
