What you will do

• Deliver consistent updates on monthly container releases and major LLM model launches across engineering and leadership teams
• Develop and scale release management practices across cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, Oracle, and hirify.global’s own platform
• Track releases, manage release artifacts, and coordinate quality control and deployment processes
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional alignment for major releases
• Coordinate with marketing, branding, and partner platforms to ensure smooth release execution
• Proactively resolve issues, track bugs, and ensure fixes are delivered within SLAs

Requirements

• Location: Must be based on the West Coast or Toronto with flexibility to travel
• 5+ years experience as an Engineering/Technical Program Manager with hands-on enterprise product release experience
• Experience delivering and launching LLMs and enterprise AI solutions
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle, GCP) and model security/governance
• Data-driven with understanding or curiosity about financial modeling and GPU efficiency
• Experience with tools like Jira, Linear, Google Suite, and GitHub
