What you will do

• Meet and exceed sales quota through outbound/inbound leads.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and partners.
• Establish and expand knowledge of products and industry trends.
• Develop and present proposals to demonstrate hirify.global's value.
• Drive account strategies and coordinate team selling efforts.
• Penetrate accounts and reach decision-makers to close business.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales within the DoD market.
• Proficient in creating pipeline and executing close plans.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a passion for working with the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Travel required: ~25%.
