What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Lead the charge on Agentforce and AI-driven workflows.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines ensuring fast and reliable deployment process.
• Build robust integrations with banking platform and external financial providers using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Monitor the health of services and ensure system stability.
• Architect and maintain a robust permission structure, ensuring adherence to the Principle of Least Privilege.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC).
• Architectural vision with understanding of trade-offs between synchronous and asynchronous processing.
• Excitement about the potential of LLMs and Agentic AI, understanding concepts like RAG and Prompt Engineering.
• Fluent in English, capable of explaining complex technical constraints to Product Managers and business stakeholders.
• Team player thriving in a collaborative environment with face-to-face interaction.
• Experience in FinTech, Banking, or regulated industries is highly valued.
