What you will do

• Build, optimize, and maintain agentic apps focused on critical incident response.
• Fine-tune, deploy, and monitor foundation models and generative architectures.
• Develop prompt engineering workflows and innovative integrations.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams.
• Lead experimental design, data analysis, and performance benchmarking.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in applied application development.
• Proficiency with Python, Java, C++, or React.
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning and deploying LLMs and generative AI architectures.
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering and ML operations.
• Excellent communication skills.
