What you will do

• Participate in S/4HANA assessments and translate finance challenges into SAP value opportunities and roadmaps.
• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance aligned with business requirements.
• Build trusted relationships with client finance executives and provide strategic SAP finance advice.
• Serve as overall program finance lead ensuring successful SAP S/4HANA Finance and controlling implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Finance with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Lead and mentor finance teams and junior consultants to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA consultant with proven finance lead or solution architect roles.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and ability to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Stockholm, Malmö, or Göteborg, Sweden.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher required.
