What you will do
- Participate in S/4HANA assessments and translate finance business challenges into SAP value opportunities and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Build trusted relationships with client finance executives and provide strategic advice on SAP Finance solutions.
- Serve as overall program finance lead ensuring successful SAP S/4HANA Finance and controlling implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Finance with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Lead and mentor finance teams and junior consultants to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Requirements
- Must have minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA consultant.
- Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and optimizations within global organizations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and ability to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
- SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
