Focus on deploying and supporting distributed systems at scale, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.

Location: Hybrid (onsite every other week)

What you will do

• Define and execute a comprehensive reliability and observability strategy.
• Coach peer SREs and development teams on building highly available systems.
• Implement advanced observability practices and techniques at scale.
• Automate operational processes and improve system reliability.
• Manage incident response and root cause analysis for critical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in deploying and supporting distributed systems.
• Strong experience in cloud development, preferably AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proficient in scripting languages like Python and Shell scripting.
