What you will do
- Design customer entry points across multiple channels (web chat, in-app, phone, WhatsApp, email).
- Create a unified chat experience including welcome messages, escalation flows, and status updates.
- Build powerful customer care agent workspaces for efficient issue resolution.
- Launch an AI copilot to assist agents with replies, actions, summaries, and knowledge search.
- Establish an operational team including agent profiles, training, and capacity planning.
- Drive automation and self-service to reduce contact reasons and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to relocate to Mexico (relocation support provided)
- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager with team leadership.
- Background in Customer Care or fintech is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, UI design, and data-driven skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
