Location: Mexico with relocation support

hirify.global is a fintech company launching a new business line focused on innovative customer care solutions.

What you will do

  • Design customer entry points across multiple channels (web chat, in-app, phone, WhatsApp, email).
  • Create a unified chat experience including welcome messages, escalation flows, and status updates.
  • Build powerful customer care agent workspaces for efficient issue resolution.
  • Launch an AI copilot to assist agents with replies, actions, summaries, and knowledge search.
  • Establish an operational team including agent profiles, training, and capacity planning.
  • Drive automation and self-service to reduce contact reasons and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to relocate to Mexico (relocation support provided)
  • 3+ years experience as a Product Manager with team leadership.
  • Background in Customer Care or fintech is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, UI design, and data-driven skills.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
