What you will do

• Partner with developers to execute and resolve identified issues within agreed timelines.
• Provide technical and functional support to sales representatives, distributors, and resellers.
• Conduct training sessions and manage change initiatives for new CPQ capabilities.
• Generate and present Salesforce reports for data analysis, identifying trends and insights.
• Create detailed user story documentation for business problem solutions.
• Analyze, prioritize, and propose actionable solutions for incoming CPQ platform defects.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in a product owner, business analyst, or similar role.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce CPQ processes, workflows, and tools.
• Ability to generate and analyze reports in Salesforce.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and providing actionable insights.

• Exposure to any CPQ platforms.
• Salesforce Revenue Cloud experience.
