What you will do

• Deliver AI onboarding sessions and practical training to customers.
• Maintain deep product knowledge including AI features and use cases.
• Follow up with customers to support adoption and troubleshoot issues.
• Create educational content such as guides and tutorials for AI tools.
• Monitor usage metrics and proactively engage customers with low engagement.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to the product team.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Mexico City, Mexico
• 4+ years in customer-facing roles like Customer Success or Product Support.
• 2+ years experience with SaaS onboarding or user adoption.
• 1+ year working with AI-enabled tools or platforms.
• Strong communication and training skills for diverse user groups.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields.

• Familiarity with AI concepts and SaaS analytics tools.
• Experience in instructional design or user education best practices.
• Participation in beta testing and structured product feedback.
