What you will do

• Proactively monitor internal support channels for incident resolution.
• Implement local and regional projects as part of global programs.
• Liaise with logistics vendors for IT hardware management.
• Maintain process documentation related to Service Desk operations.
• Install and configure leading-edge devices running various operating systems.
• Prepare digital collaboration tools for employee events.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a technical services role.
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and PC hardware.
• Experience with Service Desk management solutions like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
