What you will do

• Provide technical assistance on hirify.global products via phone, email, and remote access.
• Conduct in-depth problem analysis and assist in product bug identification.
• Mentor less senior colleagues and conduct case reviews.
• Manage large projects or processes that span outside of immediate job area.
• Communicate with external parties regarding policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Engineering degree with at least 5 years of tech support experience.
• Deep knowledge of Windows and Linux networking.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policies, and Windows Server Architecture.
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL preferred) and SAN technologies.
• Industry certifications in Virtualization and/or Cloud (AWS/Azure/ESXi) preferred.
