What you will do

• Collaborate with project managers, customer success managers, product consultants, and clients to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Configure software to meet client integration and business needs.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions on API capabilities and integration best practices.
• Provide expert support for integration issues and participate in testing activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide feedback to product development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Heredia, Costa Rica
• 1-3 years experience in a customer-facing technical role, ideally within SaaS platforms.
• Experience with APIs, SOAP, REST, and coding methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Functional understanding of KYC/KYS in regulated financial industries.
• Experience with AML, KYC, Anti-Bribery & Corruption screening solutions.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools and AI-assisted coding platforms.
• Database and SQL knowledge.
