What you will do

• Monitor and analyze the stability of our product and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and identify and resolve issues related to the Analytics services.
• Conduct thorough post-mortem analyses to determine the root causes and devise plans to prevent future incidents.
• Collaborate with development teams to establish best practices for stability and reliability.
• Develop and implement stability monitoring capabilities to consistently inform developers and service owners of incidents and anomalies.
• Maintain and improve security practices across the infrastructure.

Requirements

• Problem-solving mindset.
• Thorough knowledge of Azure services, including Virtual Machines (VMs), Virtual Networks (VNets), Azure Storage, and Azure Active Directory.
• Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Scripting knowledge ( Powershell / Bash / Python).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (DataDog, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Azure Monitor, etc).
• Basic understanding of Networking.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing and managing escalation workflows for incident management tools.
• Proficient monitoring and logging skills (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, DataDog, ElasticSearch, Kibana).
• Proficient problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Use of AI in a relevant context.
• Knowledge of Cloud security best practices to secure cloud environments.
