hirify.global is building an Industrialized Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) to simplify and speed up banking integrations globally.

What you will do

• Bring the hirify.global platform and Connectors to life for customers through deployment, configuration, and fine-tuning.
• Own end-to-end setup of platform services and execute complex data transformations.
• Automate repetitive implementation tasks by writing scripts for deployments and environment scaling.
• Actively debug integration systems, identify bottlenecks, and provide L3 support during implementation.
• Utilize monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus) to triage issues and ensure system health.
• Implement unified API infrastructures following the BIAN standard.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Systems, DevOps, or Implementation Engineer with a solid theoretical background in networking and cloud.
• Strong understanding of Java fundamentals and ability to read, debug, and write code.
• Ability to understand data structures and perform logical mapping between different API schemas.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with monitoring & triage tools (Grafana, ELK stack).
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure.

Nice to have

• GitHub Actions experience.
• Knowledge of Helm or Kustomize.
