What you will do

• Set and execute social media and communication campaigns aligned with product, research, and marketing strategies.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and team activities to generate creative ideas and concepts.
• Write comprehensive briefs for motion/graphic designers and content creators.
• Review, approve, and adapt advertising creatives for different platforms and audiences.
• Analyze advertising creatives' effectiveness and propose enhancements.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Research and implement new tools and approaches to optimize the creative process.

Requirements

• English: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher required
• Minimum 2 years experience in creative or digital marketing roles with targeted advertising.
• Strong analytical and creative skills demonstrated by past results.
• Experience analyzing key marketing campaign metrics.
• Research skills and ability to write technical tasks for designers.

Nice to have

• Experience in video and UGC content creation.
• Familiarity with web and app marketing.
• B2C niche market experience.
