What you will do

• Build and lead hirify.global’s global tax strategy to support rapid growth across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive tax-related IPO readiness initiatives, including structuring, reporting, and compliance.
• Lead tax policy and interpretation for digital assets and payments.
• Oversee direct, indirect, and transaction-based taxes across jurisdictions.
• Design and maintain robust intercompany transfer pricing policies.
• Advise on tax implications for international expansion and acquisitions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive tax-related experience.
• Deep expertise in tax compliance, transfer pricing, and digital assets tax.
• Experience leading a tax team for a pre-IPO or public company.
• Strong knowledge of payments and regulatory frameworks for crypto.
• CPA or equivalent qualification required; advanced degree preferred.
