What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes independently from requisition to offer acceptance
• Act as a trusted advisor providing market intelligence to hiring managers
• Leverage AI tools to boost recruiting productivity and efficiency
• Use data and recruiting metrics to guide decisions and influence stakeholders
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience through timely communication
• Share knowledge and best practices within the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

• Must be located in Armenia, Georgia, Portugal, Serbia, or Spain for remote work
• 5+ years recruiting experience in AI or SaaS startup environments
• Full-cycle recruiting experience for R&D and Go-to-Market roles
• Proven use of AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment

Nice to have

• Experience with pre-employment assessment tools
• Experience using Greenhouse ATS
