What you will do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles from intake through offer and handover to onboarding.
- Deliver recruitment for a mix of specialized/niche profiles and high-volume hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, referrals, and job advertising.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, providing regular hiring progress updates and market insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Experience hiring for both niche/specialized roles and high-volume positions.
- Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing techniques.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
