Location: Hybrid in São Paulo, Brazil (4 days per week in the office, 1 day working from home)

What you will do

• Source and recruit candidates internationally, with a strong focus on commercial/sales roles.
• Screen CVs, assess knowledge, skills, and experience, and conduct interviews.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain candidate interest and engagement, managing expectations and negotiating offers.
• Understand team needs and requirements to identify the best candidates.
• Build strong relationships with internal customers across all levels and manage interview bookings.

Requirements

• Proven track record as an agency recruiter or in-house Talent Acquisition professional.
• Demonstrated experience in Sales recruitment, ideally internationally.
• Experience recruiting internationally.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written, is essential for working in an international environment.
• Highly organised, autonomous, and flexible mindset to cope with a fast-paced culture.

Nice to have

• Experience in recruitment within Financial Services is beneficial.
• Additional languages, particularly Portuguese and / or Spanish.
