What you will do

• Build and optimize core infrastructure, tooling, and observability for the search platform.
• Enhance current search capabilities using Elasticsearch and OpenSearch.
• Investigate and integrate LLMs for advanced search features.
• Have a real impact on technical decisions within a mature, interdisciplinary team.
• Engage directly with the user community for feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in programming Rails applications.
• Experience with Ruby, Rails, Elasticsearch, and/or OpenSearch.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and high-availability systems.
• Familiarity or interest in AI/LLM tools and vector databases.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English and must be based in Poland.
