• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required
• Desire to develop and be proactive
• Ability to present research results in a structured way
• Analytical skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing
• Experience with Spy Tools (e.g., Big Spy, Similarweb)
• Skills in Excel/Google Sheets
