DevOps Engineer (Senior)

Location: Hybrid (Brno, Czech Republic) with mandatory 3 days onsite including Tuesdays and Wednesdays

What you will do

• Design and manage highly available cloud architectures on Azure, AWS, or other platforms applying SRE principles.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to automate provisioning and configuration.
• Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems; lead incident response and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design cloud-native solutions and improve system performance and security.
• Optimize infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost savings using modern DevOps toolchains.
• Mentor junior engineers and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as Systems Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or SRE supporting production systems.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure; multi-cloud experience is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and communication skills.
• Location: Must work onsite in Brno, Czech Republic with hybrid schedule (3 days onsite including Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
