Location: Remote in Poland

Salary: Up to 30,000 PLN net (+ VAT) on B2B or 25,000 PLN gross on employment contract

What you will do

  • Lead product development of communication and CRM solutions with AI personalization and automation.
  • Create data-driven customer acquisition and retention strategies using AI insights.
  • Conduct continuous product discovery and validation in collaboration with UX and AI tools.
  • Translate high-level vision into actionable roadmaps and success criteria.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder partnerships across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Establish and optimize product management processes leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must have 6+ years experience as Product Manager or higher product leadership role.
  • English and Polish language proficiency at minimum C1 level.
  • Experience with AI-driven CRM, communication products, or SaaS platforms in hospitality or travel tech.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Agile product development processes and best practices.
  • Passion for leveraging AI to create smarter, personalized products.
