What you will do

• Lead paid search strategy and execution across Google and Microsoft Ads.
• Build and manage relationships with Google, Microsoft, and external agencies.
• Optimize campaign performance through keyword targeting and ad copy testing.
• Monitor and report on performance using analytics to track KPIs.
• Manage a significant budget, ensuring spend is tracked and optimized.
• Drive innovation through A/B testing and AI-driven optimization.

Requirements

• Experience in developing and implementing long-term paid search strategies.
• Evidence of managing large-scale paid search budgets (£10m+).
• Experience in negotiating commercial terms with agencies.
• Ability to synthesize complex data and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
