What you will do

• Provide accurate data input and labels for personal finance AI projects using proprietary software.
• Curate high-quality data related to retail investing, budgeting, financial planning, and tax preparation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support AI training and develop annotation tools.
• Analyze complex personal finance problems to enhance AI model performance.
• Interpret and execute evolving instructions with precision and adaptability.

Requirements

• Must be US-based (excluding Wyoming and Illinois) or work remotely with strong self-motivation.
• Professional experience in personal finance or related fields.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English; strong communication skills.
• Ability to work 9:00am - 5:30pm PST during training and in own timezone thereafter.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, or Enrolled Agent.
• Experience mentoring or training in finance or tax preparation.
• Familiarity with AI or data annotation workflows.
• Comfort recording audio or video for data collection.
