Software Engineer (Networking)

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 base salary annually

What you will do

• Build software and tools with extensive metrics coverage for large GPU supercomputing network fabrics used for AI training and customer inference.
• Develop services and frameworks for network metric collection, configuration, monitoring, zero-touch provisioning, and auto-remediation.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code practices and improve deployment pipelines.
• Deliver secure, reliable services across production and ancillary network environments.
• Collaborate closely with network engineers to automate and manage complex network infrastructure.

Requirements

• Deep experience working with network engineers and strong knowledge of physical and logical network topologies.
• Extensive knowledge of network protocols.
• Proven ability to design scalable and reliable software from the ground up.
• Experience building and orchestrating software for tens of thousands of network devices.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and create metrics that support team prioritization.
• Strong communication, work ethic, and prioritization skills.
