What you will do

• Drive architecture improvements and reduce technical debt in device management and orchestration systems.
• Lead refactoring of legacy components into decoupled microservices with clean interfaces.
• Enhance unit test automation and ensure CI validation feedback.
• Deliver strategic roadmap features end-to-end for your team.
• Implement PoC initiatives and collaborate cross-team on device orchestration and scheduling.
• Build and deploy cloud-native services on AWS using technologies like Kafka, MQTT, and Keycloak.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Indaiatuba, São Paulo, Brazil
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in technical leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, C#, Kafka, MQTT, and AWS.
• Experience with microservices, secure coding, CI/CD, and cloud-native architecture.
