What you will do

  • Manage customer requests related to networking, dataloggers, and device communications.
  • Provide technical support via email and calls to customers.
  • Implement project modifications based on customer needs.
  • Create and modify electrical and single line diagrams using AutoCAD.
  • Set up GPM platforms including Web Portal, GPM Plus, GPM Scada, and Horizon.
  • Detect errors and support quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in Barcelona, Spain
  • University degree in technical field such as Informatic Systems Management, Electronics Engineering, or Telecommunications.
  • Minimum 3 years in customer-facing technical support roles.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and write technical reports.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of renewable energy (solar, wind, storage).
  • Experience with communication networks and dataloggers.
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols.
  • Knowledge of Linux operating system.
