What you will do

• Identify, approach and successfully onboard new technical partners.
• Develop and implement partner strategies together with the commercial team.
• Translate commercial requirements into clear specifications and deliver integrations in collaboration with Engineering.
• Coordinate the integration process from initial requirements through to delivery and aftercare.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders within partner organisations.
• Improve usage and reliability by analysing integration performance and monitoring KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree level, preferably with a relevant background in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar.
• Proven experience in technical account management, ideally in software‑driven environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of an additional language such as Dutch, French or German is considered an advantage.
