What you will do

• Interpret customer briefs and create initial websites for small and medium-sized businesses.
• Use the Design Suite, including custom HTML5/CSS overrides, to assemble customer websites in approximately four hours.
• Complete enhancement requests ranging from small changes to complex customizations and design improvements.
• Apply customer and design-lead feedback while managing deliverables for multiple customers.
• Help co-design the Design Suite and Orchestra workflow management tool.
• Take on reviewer or mentor responsibilities as the platform grows.

Requirements

• Remote work or local NYC availability
• Excellent written English
• 3–5 years of web design experience, with flexibility for candidates whose talent and interest are stronger than their experience history.
• 1–2 years of HTML and CSS experience.
• Availability for 10–20 hours per week.
• Experience with desktop and mobile web design, responsive layouts, customer feedback, and pixel-perfect execution.
