Webflow Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, San Francisco, United States

Compensation: $75–$120 per hour

hirify.global builds AI teammates for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors, automating customer communications, appointment booking, follow-ups, and revenue recovery through integrations such as ServiceTitan.

What you will do

• Lead the company website in Webflow, including page structure and CMS organization.
• Define typography, spacing, hierarchy, and the overall visual presentation of the brand.
• Create reusable design components to maintain consistency as the site grows.
• Build campaign, launch, and promotional landing pages focused on conversion.
• Maintain responsive performance, accessibility, SEO metadata, layouts, and routine content updates.
• Collaborate on web graphics, imagery, visual direction, and improvements to visual or functional issues.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of web design experience with a portfolio of real, live examples.
• Hands-on experience shipping production websites in Webflow.
• Experience using Figma for design, prototyping, and build preparation.
• User-focused design approach and knowledge of responsive layouts, page speed, and accessibility basics.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO metadata and page structure.
• Self-directed, communicative, and reliable with deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining brand consistency across a growing website.
• Previous work on marketing websites or SaaS and technology company websites.
• Experience working at a small or early-stage company.
• Webflow animation or motion design experience.
• Familiarity with Webflow CMS or e-commerce features.
