What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UX/UI design of the hirify.global website
• Design user flows for tool directories, landing pages, signup flows, and product sections
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, content, growth, and development teams
• Build and maintain a scalable design system for consistency and efficiency
• Continuously improve pages based on feedback, analytics, and testing
• Lead with data to optimize for clarity, simplicity, and trust

Requirements

• Remote work
• Strong portfolio with functional, elegant websites, especially in SaaS or product-led spaces
• Expertise in Figma
• Clear asynchronous communication skills
• Ability to translate vague goals into specific, testable UX flows
• Attention to detail and autonomy

Nice to have

• Experience designing for SaaS, marketplaces, or product directories
• Familiarity with Framer or Webflow
• Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, or data-driven UX
