What you will do

• Lead AI engagements to deliver clear, measurable agentic AI performance for clients
• Collaborate closely with client teams and internal delivery groups to ensure project success
• Guide organizations through AI readiness, orchestration design, and agentic adoption
• Serve as a bridge between innovation and delivery to realize AI-driven efficiency and trust
• Publish research, speak at events, and shape the agentic AI roadmap
• Lead new technology research, prototyping, and academic presentations

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
• Expertise in agentic AI systems, LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and orchestration
• Experience with LLMOps/MLOps and production on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong communication skills and experience leading client workshops and enablement programs
• Ability to travel 30%+
