What you will do
- Engage with clients through virtual and in-person meetings to deliver value via platform adoption and use case mapping
- Monitor usage and lead tailored strategies to unblock barriers to feature adoption
- Guide new clients through onboarding, training, and best practices both virtually and in person
- Partner with sales and account management to support renewals and articulate competitive value
- Leverage data and analytics to anticipate risks and highlight wins to strengthen customer ROI
- Advocate for client needs internally by collaborating across teams and collecting customer insights
Requirements
- Mandarin language skills at working proficiency required to lead client demonstrations
- 2–4+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing SaaS roles
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to be onsite in Singapore office 3x per week
